This guide will share some online library resources in support of the St. Thomas in Rome: The CORE Semester.
With very few exceptions, UST Libraries resources are available from off-campus. You will be asked to enter your UST username/password. This is the username you use for your UST email, not your Banner ID.
Click the GET IT button in any database to get the full text of an article. If UST Libraries doesn't own it, you'll be given an option to request it from another library. Use the Notes field on the request form to let the ILL staff know that you are in the Rome CORE program and need materials electronically (generally possible for articles or individual book chapters, not generally for entire books, unless we own the ebook).
The Libraries are here to help you (even though we weren't allowed to join you in Rome). :-) Remember that you can use our Chat Service or contact the librarian listed on each course via the email link in their profile.

Would you like some expert assistance with writing and editing your paper? The Writing Center offers students studying abroad “e-tutoring”: you can visit the Center’s web site, register for an account, and request an online e-tutoring appointment. Follow their online instructions to attach a draft of your paper (no matter how rough) and tell the Undergraduate Peer Consultants what your concerns are. The consultant then takes the allotted hour to work on the paper and get ideas for development and revisions back to you.
