Research Online: Faculty Guide

1. Access Research Online at https://researchonline.stthomas.edu 
2. Click the “Sign in” button in the upper right corner and login using your UST login. 

1. Click the Account menu in the upper right corner and select Your profile to view your Faculty Profile 
2. To edit your Faculty Profile, click the Edit profile button found above your profile photograph. 
3. You can also edit your profile by selecting Settings from the Account menu. 

On the left-hand side, you will see the different sections that are part of your profile. The following table includes the different fields found in each section. Information specific to each field can be found when modifying that field in your profile. 

To hide a publication from displaying to the public in your Scholarship Tab:

1. Log into Research Online
2. Click the three dots to the right of the title and select Hide this work. 
3. Click Hide it to confirm. 

To unhide a publication and have it display in your Scholarship Tab:

1. Click the three dots to the right of the title and select Unhide this work.
