Clemency in 2022: The Power of the Pardon

The University of St. Thomas Law Journal invites the community to attend our 2022 Editor-in-Chief Lecture.

The past decade has seen an evolution of the use of the executive pardon power. During this lecture we will hear from a variety of local experts who will examine Minnesota’s current pardon process and the challenges that have arisen due to the current system. We will hear from a variety of national experts, who will compare our system to those used in other states and on a federal level.
