Do not overuse special containers, but they can be conservatively applied to call out certain information on your page. If you use them too much then they won't be so special.
- Just select your text (a paragraph or more) and choose "Special Container" from the "Styles" menu.
- In the editor, they show up grey but when viewed by the public they will be blue
