The Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resource Coalition, is an international slliance of academic and research libraries working to correct imbalances in the scholarly publishing system. SPARC activities advacne a more open system of scholarship, with a primary focus on advancing open-access models fro publishing and archiving the results of scholarly research.
