Legal Research in Education: Finding Books

Find information on legislative and judicial actions related to education, especially in special education and higher education.

Where to Find Books

We are fortunate to share our catalog and books with other universities in the Twin Cities area. You may check out books from any of the libraries in our consortium (LibrarySearch) and use their services in the library. You may also borrow books clicking on the REQUEST button next to the book you want.

If we don't have your book in LibrarySearch, you can borrow from libraries all over the country and the world through InterLibrary Loan (in left column). Look for books in WorldCat, the combined catalog for libraries in North America and around the world. If you find a book you like there, you can download the information directly into InterLibrary Loan using the Request through ILLiad link.

CLICsearch

Use for finding books, DVDs, and journal titles in our library and in the CLIC consortium libraries. If St Thomas doesn't have the book, but another university does, click on the request button to have it sent to your library.
