The purpose of this guide is to provide students taking litigation related courses/practicums or trial practice with an outline of the different resources available to them through the Law Library in print and electronic access.
Litigation comes with a lot of baggage, some of it known baggage, and some yet to be discovered (see what I did there). This guide will walk you through litigation resources that lean in the practical direction. Think: checklists, how-to, tips and tricks.
As always, this information comes with a disclaimer: as a law student you are given access to resources you may not have in practice, and there are also resources that you may have access to in practice that we do not have access to at the law school.
Take this as a tip that there is always more to learn. Onward!
