THE CENTER FOR COMPUTER ASSISTED LEGAL INSTRUCTION - GuideStar Profile

UST Law is a member of the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction, also known as CALI. This non-profit consortium brings together law schools, law libraries, and related organizations to create and host interactive online lessons on a variety of legal topics. These tutorials are written by law professors and can be a great resource for law students looking to reinforce a new concept, study for exams, and review course materials.

CALI's lessons on Business Associations and Corporations include tutorials on a variety of topics, including Actual & Apparent Authority, Employer & Employee Relationships, and Piercing the Corporate Veil.

Explore CALI lessons to prepare for class, explain new terms, or reinforce material you might be having trouble with.
