Presidential Materials

The President of the United States issues documents, including executive orders and proclamations, messages to Congreee, agency reorganization plans, speeches, signing statements, remarks, and letters.  Many of these documents are published in Title 3 of the Code of Federal Regulations and compiled in other sources.
