The Chrome browser doesn't play with all of the library resources, and for some it's the preferred browser. We have noticed some patterns to pay close attention to:
- PDFs are generally a problem (which are largely found through the GET IT button). This has something to do with Chrome's built-in PDF viewer. And this is especially the case with Ebsco products requiring you to disable the build-in PDF viewer. Please refer to Google's help page and to Ebsco's help page for troubleshooting help.
- Pop-up blockers. ArtSTOR and JSTOR both require you to allow pop-up blockers. Chrome does an amazing job blocking pop-ups, even when you add them as allowed sites.
If you are using library resources through Chrome and having problems, please try another browser (the latest version of Firefox has the most consistent best performance with library resources).
