On this page we'll post information about making and using database search widgets.

ProQuest search widgets: any individual, or combination of ProQuest databases can be included in a search widget. We've included a few here, but if you want any different ones, contact John or Ben to ask that it be made. 

(note that boxes searched from this page may not work as designed due to code conflicts: link to them from your page and test them there--they should be fine if you limit yourself to a single ProQuest search box on a page)

This widget will simultaneously search the historical Minneapolis StarTribune, Washington Post, and New York Times, plus the American Periodical Series and Civil War Era databases. Hit Revise Search>Choose Databases on a results page to limit to a single one of these sources.
