In your Resource List, click on the plus sign button to access the screen where you can search the Library’s collection or add a citation manually:
Using “Add item manually/Upload file” you can upload files the library doesn’t own to use via a fair use claim, to license via the Copyright Clearance Center (who charge a fee for each unique student who accesses during the term of the Course), or that you've created and to which you own the copyright. You can also add citation-only materials (e.g., required textbooks you'd like the students to purchase) by entered the citation info manually:
