Researching for Your Quals: Cited by Articles

How to find the background information on your philosophy of psychological practice, practice outcomes, and related theories. Let me know if you'd like more information.

Cited By

You've found a great article, exactly on topic. But it was written in 1991. You need something more current.

Use the Cited By feature.

Normally you look at references in a paper to find more articles on the topic. But that means you're continually moving into the past.

To find current articles on the same topic, in PsycINFO look click on the Cited By link in an older article on your topic!

My blog describes how to search Social Science Citation Index for this, but it is more complicated to search.
